I leave beauty to others.
I keep charisma for myself.

Barbara Suigo
My name is Barbara Suigo, and I work as a consultant in the Human Resources sector. I specialize in linguistic intelligence and have explored topics such as charisma, positive mindset, and applied psychology throughout my career - also addressing these themes as the author of several books.
Born in Italy and naturalized French, I pursued my academic education at prestigious institutions such as the Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis in Nice, France, and the Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM in Milan, Italy. My professional experience ranges from corporate consulting to communication and training, including collaborations with renowned organizations such as McKinsey & Company.
I have always nurtured a deep passion for neuroscience, linguistics, philosophy, and applied psychology. This interest led me to pursue advanced training programs, further enriching my perspective and approach to supporting individuals and organizations in their development.

Publications
Charisma is often seen as a natural talent, yet it can be studied and developed as a strategic competence. My professional work began with the analysis of charisma through psychology and sociology, and gradually expanded toward its more complex expressions within organizational settings.
Over time, I have developed strong expertise in toxic and abusive workplace dynamics, particularly in high-impact charismatic leadership models.
Through books, articles, interviews, and podcasts, I examine charisma as a transversal lever shaping leadership, organizational culture, and professional relationships. Among my works is the Charisma Trilogy.
My upcoming book, “Charismatic Psychopaths - The Dark Side of Charisma”, focuses on the dysfunctional trajectories of charisma in power and leadership.

Media
In an era where media play a central role in shaping managerial culture and public discourse, I have progressively expanded my work to an international context, engaging with French-speaking, English-speaking, and Spanish-speaking audiences.
My appearances on radio and television, as well as in public debate forums, highlight the effectiveness of these platforms in reaching culturally diverse and international audiences.
Through these contributions, I focus on linguistic intelligence, effective communication, and charisma, with particular attention to managerial culture and contemporary leadership. These transversal skills, now widely recognized as essential, have a direct impact on interpersonal dynamics, organizational climate, and leadership quality.
