Publications
Charisma is often perceived as an innate gift, but it can also be an ability that develops and refines over time.
In recent years, particularly in English-speaking contexts, charisma has been closely examined by disciplines such as psychology and sociology.

These studies have led to an intriguing insight: charisma is a skill that can be cultivated, built on essential elements such as behavior, thought processes, posture, and the deliberate use of communication techniques.

I am committed to sharing the Art of Charisma, a transversal and indispensable skill, through interviews, podcasts, articles, and books. Among my works is the Charisma Trilogy, a journey that delves into the many facets of this unique quality and its impact on personal and professional life.
Media
In an era where media play a central role, the dissemination of knowledge through these channels has become indispensable. My appearances as a guest on radio and television demonstrate the effectiveness of these platforms in reaching and engaging a broad and diverse audience.

My contributions on these platforms aim to highlight the importance of linguistic intelligence, effective communication, and charisma, with a particular focus on managerial culture. These skills, universally recognized as fundamental, are essential elements for success in today’s professional landscape.

My presence in the media seeks to inspire current and future leaders, showcasing how these abilities can significantly transform interpersonal relationships and organizational climate, fostering more collaborative, innovative, and productive work environments.
