La mia scelta di diventare un'esperta di comunicazione nasce dalla mia personale testimonianza di quanto l'atteggiamento mentale e le parole che usiamo influenza e determinino la nostra realtà , le relazioni, il nostro destino e quello delle organizzazioni per le quali lavoriamo.

Mi occupo di intelligenza linguistica , applicata al mondo del business, strumento sempre più essenziale della comunicazione strategica, efficace, etica e persuasiva che metto a disposizione delle aziende per farle crescere in termini di reputazione , immagine e presenza sul mercato.
Mi occupo altresì di divulgare il carisma - la soft skill per eccellenza - disciplina di studi sconosciuto ancora in Italia.

Appassionata e studiosa di neuroscienze, linguistica, filosofia e psicologia, mi sono dedicato allo studio della Programmazione Neuro Linguistica formandomi, appunto, in PNL e coaching (Master Practitioner in NLP) presso uno fra i più insigniti di istituti di programmazione neuro linguistica, NLP ITALY ® (certificazione internazionale della NLP Society® del Dottor Richard Bandler).
Attraverso le mie interviste, i miei podcast, i miei articoli ed i miei libri, mi faccio portavoce della divulgazione dell'Arte del Carisma , la soft skill per eccellenza , competenza essenziale per qualsiasi figura manageriale e nella vita in generale.
